Akash Bhavan Sharan Booked under POCSO for Sexual Assult of Minor
Mangaluru: A case has been registered under POCSO against accused Akash Bhavan Sharan in the Pandeshwar Women’s police station on January 12.
The accused Akash Bhavan Sharan is now absconding.
According to the police on January 7, a case was filed by the victim’s family in the Pandeshwar Women’s police station under the POCSO Act. It is said that the accused Sharan had befriended a minor girl and sexually abused her. Now the girl has been admitted to a Hospital in the city.
Based on the complaint the police have booked Sharan under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and search is on for him.
