23-year-old Woman commits suicide in Katapadi
Udupi: A 23-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling of her house at Manipura near Katapadi on Saturday, April 11.
The deceased has been identified as Fharzana (23) wife of Junaid, resident of Doddangudde. She was divorced two years ago.
According to her family members, she took the extreme step as she was suffering from depression after her Divorce.
A case has been registered in the Kaup police station and the investigation is on.
