All 5 including Satyajit and Sharan get Anticipatory Bail in BC Road Stone Pelting case
Mangaluru: Five persons including Sharan Pumpwell and Satyajit Suratkal have been granted anticipatory bail on July 26.
District President of Bajrang Dal Sharan Pumpwell, President of Hindu Jagarana Vedike Satyajit Suratkal, Harish Punja, Murali Hamsathadka and Pradeep Pumpwell were booked in the stone pelting case in BC Road under section 308, on July 8.
Since July 8, all of them were trying to get the anticipatory bail, finally, on July 26 all of them have succeeded to obtain the anticipatory bail.
