Bhaskar Shetty Hotel Dispute, Counter-complaints lodged
Udupi: Counter-complaints have been filed in the Udupi Town Police Station in relation to Hotel Durga International Udupi which was owned by Bhaskar Shetty who was allegedly murdered by his wife and son.
In the compliant, it is mentioned that, on December 18, around 1:30 pm, while Ajith Kumar manager of the Hotel was on duty Sandesh, Pradeep Pai, Jayaraj and others entered the hotel and tried to break the office lock. They also gave life threat to Ajith and Roopa Shetty sister of Rajeshwari Shetty.
In the counter complaint, as per the contract, Sandesh the complainant was managing the hotel and was giving Rupees 1 lakh per month to Gulabi Shetty. When Sandesh had gone to Bengaluru Roopa Shetty and Bhargav Shetty had changed the lock keys.
Bhargav Shetty had called Sandesh to the car parking near the lodge on December 18. Sandesh had allegedly assaulted Roopa Shetty, Bhargav Shetty and 5 others. But Sandesh in his complaint has said that all of them had used an iron rod to murder him.
