When it rains, it not only pours but flows as well! As flash rains lashed Bengaluru on Friday, May 6, the tyres of a tanker supplying drinking water sank into an open manhole in Richmond Town. The entire stock of water flowed into the street. As they say, ‘Jab ooparwala deta hai, chhappar phaad ke deta hai’. Right?
