‘DIT 2018’ marks National Youth Sunday at Perampalli
Udupi: To mark the celebrations of National Youth Sunday, ICYM Perampalli unit organized a deanery level programme “DIT 2018” (Let’s do it together) at the Church Hall on Sunday, August 26.
Fr Valerian Mendonca, Dean of the Udupi deanery who was the chief guest of the programme wished all success for the programme.
Quiz, face painting and cooking without fire competitions were held. Around 144 youth from 9 parishes took part in the programme.
Udupi Deanery ICYM director, Fr. Lawrence Cutinha, Diocese ICYM president Dion D’Souza, Perampalli parish priest, Fr Anil D’Souza, Deanery ICYM president and Secretary Vilton D’Souza and Fiona D’Souza were also present.
Perampalli unit won the quiz competition and Katpady unit were the runners.
Udyavar unit won the face painting competition and Perampalli unit were the runners.
Kalmady unit won the cooking without fire competition and Manipal unit were the runners.
