Firecracker Bursts in hand in Honnavar, one Critical
Honnavar: A person was severely injured after a firecracker burst in his hand while bursting firecrackers during the flood-lit Volleyball tournament at Hosaada Honnavar here on February 25.
The injured has been identified as Raymond Miranda a resident of Prabhat Nagar Honnavar.
According to sources, on February 25, a Volleyball tournament was organized in Hosaada Honnavar. MLA Mankala Vaidya was the chief guest. During the programme, while Raymond Miranda was bursting firecrackers a firecracker burst in his hand.
Raymond was severely injured, he was rushed to a private hospital in Udupi.
