  5. The passing away of Olinda Pereira who was an institution by herself has saddened all of us. My memory goes back to the year 1958 when I came in contact with her along with Late Fr Agneletto SJ. We can never forget her outstanding services rendered to the ecumenical movement in and around Mangalore and all over Karnataka state. Several seminars talks and workshops were organized by her. Her simple and unassuming soul will ever be remembered.
