Founders Day Celebrated at KMC Hospital Attavar
Mangalore: KMC Hospital Attavar observed the Founders Day on 30th April in remembrance of Padmashree Dr TMA Pai on his Birth date. Dr John Ramapuram, Medical Superintendent of KMC Hospital Attavar lighted the lamp and offered floral respect to the portrait of Dr TMA Pai.
Dr TMAPai had a vision for the Society in terms of curbing Illiteracy, Ill Health and Poverty and to tackle these issues he pioneered the genesis of Manipal Group through which he thrived to make his vision come true.
Due to COVID-19 lockdown regulations, the stage function was avoided and yet, the Founders Day was celebrated in a fruitful way by distributing fruits to the patients in the Hospital.
All safety precautions were followed during the distribution of fruits. Deputy Medical Superintendent Dr Deepak Madi, Senior doctors and the Management staff took part in the fruit distribution.
