KMC Hospital, Attavar Celebrates National Ayurveda Day with CME in Association with Ayush Federation of India
Mangaluru: KMC Hospital, Attavar, Mangaluru, in association with Ayush Federation of India (R), Dakshina Kannada & Mangaluru, organised a special CME Programme on the eve of National Ayurveda Day on 20th September 2026 at The Ocean Pearl, Mangaluru.
The programme featured an insightful CME session on “Diabetic Kidney Disease – Prevention is Better than Dialysis”, delivered by Dr. Bhushan Shetty, MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine), DM (Nephrology), Consultant Nephrologist & Transplant Physician, KMC Hospital, Attavar, Mangaluru.
The programme was honoured by the presence of Chief Guest Dr. Chakrapani M., Professor & Medical Superintendent, KMC Hospital, Attavar, Mangaluru, whose presence added great significance to the occasion.
A special highlight of the celebration was the felicitation of five esteemed doctors,
recognising their dedicated service, commitment and valuable contribution to healthcare and the community.
