The Konaje police based on all the evidence arrested the accused Santhosh.

After the arrest, we have interrogated the accused and collected more information from him. The Konaje police team was given a cash reward and a letter of appreciation for their efforts in arresting the accused.

When asked about the involvement of more students, in this case, Chandra Sekhar said, “In this case, only one person is involved, he has a perverted mind because of which he had installed the camera. Through the investigation, we have realized that the same morning, the accused had installed the mobile camera in the ladies toilet. The investigation was very challenging. It was like finding a needle in the haystack. The police were busy finding the accused based on the ground level information. We compared the CCTV footages such as dressing style, walking style etc with the CCTV footage and nab the accused”.
