Kuwait Pangala Association Holds Second Successful Blood Donation Campaign
Kuwait City, Kuwait: The Kuwait Pangala Association (KPA), in collaboration with the Central Blood Bank – Jabriya, successfully organized and executed its second blood donation campaign on October 31, 2025. The event, held from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, witnessed significant community participation, with over 57 individuals contributing through blood donation.

The primary impetus behind the campaign was to heighten public awareness regarding the persistent need for safe blood supplies and to encourage voluntary contributions to address this essential public health requirement. KPA volunteers were responsible for the comprehensive organization of the event, ensuring a streamlined and hospitable environment for all donors.

Mr. Nelson Monis, President of KPA, commented on the success of the initiative, stating, “The robust community engagement observed today brings us closer to guaranteeing that patients in need have access to life-saving transfusions. We extend our sincere gratitude to each donor for their timely and generous contribution. This campaign underscores our unwavering commitment to promoting a healthier Kuwait.”
The partnership with the Central Blood Bank – Jabriya was pivotal in ensuring a professional, efficient, and secure event. Their provision of qualified medical personnel and necessary equipment guaranteed that the donation process adhered to the most stringent standards of safety and hygiene. The blood units collected during the campaign will be utilized to support hospitals and patients throughout Kuwait requiring blood transfusions.

In a gesture of gratitude, Badr Medical Center generously sponsored giveaway kits for all donors, acknowledging their valuable contribution to the community’s health and well-being.
KPA reaffirms its dedication to advancing community health initiatives and encourages all eligible individuals to consider donating blood in future campaigns. Collective participation remains crucial to safeguarding the health and overall well-being of the Kuwaiti community.
