Man kills 5 of his family in drunken stuper
Ballari: In a tragic incident, a man killed his wife, three children and sister-in-law at Kample Hosapete taluk, here on Febraury 25.
The deceased have been identified as Pakkeramma (36), Raju (8), Rajeshwari (12) Basamma (10) and Gangamma (30), all from Kample Hosapete.
According to police Kenchannagudda Thippaiah (39), came home drunk and fought with his wife. In a fit of rage, he picked a lethal weapon, attacked his wife, three children and his sister-in-law. All died on the spot. Another daughter sustained serious injuries and is undergoing treatment.
After killing all the five, Thippaiah went to the police station and surrendered accepting the crime. The Kampli police immediately reached the spot and shifted all the bodies to the government hospital for post-mortem.
