Mangaluru: Health Minister  Khader Visits Dayakar Bangera’s House at Maroli – Assures Financial help

Mangaluru: Health and family welfare minister U T Khader paid a visit to Dayakar Bangera’s house at Maroli here on April 6.
Dayakar Bangera who is on a Wheel chair since 6 years after losing both his legs, had another shock on March 24 when the roof of his house collapsed. Team Mangalorean visited the spot on March 26 and published an article highlighting Dayakar Bangera’s ordeal and appealed for help.

Recently MLA J R Lobo had also visited the spot and assured to provide financial help through the government under the calamity relief fund, the Mangaluru city corporation as well as from the party members.
On April 6, U T Khader along with team mangalorean visited Dayakar Bangera. Minister Khader after inquiring about Dayakar Bangera’s well being and the status of the land informed him that, if the land belongs to him, he should be able to get funds from the government under the Ashraya bhagya scheme. Khader also assured of personally providing financial assistance in building the house.
Meanwhile it is learnt that the funds which MLA J R Lobo assured to release under the Calamity Relief fund, has been released and the same will be handed over to Dayakar on April 7 by Lobo personally.
