Mangaluru: The Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya in association with Mangalore Mahila Samiti held a talk on ‘Transformation and Change of Mindset’ at the District Sub Jail here, on December 31.

Director of Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Brahma Kumari Vishweshwari addressing the inmates said that there are two karma’s, good and the bad. If we do good karma we will be successful in our life but if we do bad Karma we will land in trouble.

She further said, “You all are here in the jail because of bad karma, knowingly or unknowingly you may have done some crime and landed in the jail. But if you repent for the mistake you have done, God will surely forgive you and you will be out from the jail soon.”

Brahma Kumari Vishweshwari also gave tips on meditation and advised the inmates to meditate every morning as soon as they get up from the bed. She also asked them to repent for their mistakes and be a renewed person.

She said, “The inmates should not think that they have been abandoned instead they should think that they have committed mistakes and for the correction they are here and as soon as they will realize that they have done the mistake and change their mindset God will surely forgive their mistake and they will be released.” “Because of your mistakes your children, spouse and family members will suffer the most. So whatever mistakes you have done do not continue instead try to be a renewed person in life, once you go out from the jail,” she added.
