Mangaluru: The SKSSF organized the Grand Finale of their Silver Jubilee celebrations at the Nehru Maidan, football ground here on January 11. Prior to the programme, a rally was held from Jyothi circle to Nehru Maidan.

Our organisation works hard to serve the society. Just as there is an engineering college for engineers, a medical college for doctors, a law college for lawyers in the same way for the Muslims there is SKSSF. “I never wanted power or position, I want justice to be done to our community. Whoever stands in the way of our development/justice be it politician or police, we will not remain silent.”

In his inaugural speech Treasurer of the Central Committee Mushavar Shaikhuna Sayyed Mohammed Jiffrey Muthukoya said that when there is a problem in the development of Islam, there are Ulamas to solve it, we do not need political leaders to interfere nor do we need experts from other fields.  Recalling the incident of the Ullal Mosque, the Wakf board sent a notice to a particular mosque saying that praying is illegal there.
