Mulki: Motorcyclist Dies Following Collision with Car Near Kinnigoli
Mulki: A motorcyclist, identified as Surendra, a resident of the area near Punaruru Moger Daivasthana, Mulki, has died as a result of injuries sustained in a collision with a car. The incident occurred near Rohan Estate, situated on the Kinnigoli–S. Kodi road. Surendra was receiving medical treatment at a local hospital when he succumbed to his injuries.
The accident also involved a pillion rider, Sandeep alias Lolaksha, who sustained minor injuries.
According to preliminary reports from police sources, Surendra and Sandeep were traveling on their two-wheeler from S. Kodi in the direction of Haleangady. A car, allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed and in a negligent manner, approached from the opposite direction and collided head-on with the motorcycle.
Local authorities have registered a case pertaining to the incident, and a comprehensive investigation is currently underway to determine the precise circumstances surrounding the collision.
