Prostitution Racket in House in Shaktinagar Busted, 3 Arrested
Mangaluru: The police have arrested three persons involved in a prostitution racket in a house at Souharda Lane in Shaktinagar Cross on May 26.
The arrested have been identified as Zunais (36) from Taleria Calicutt, Niyaz (29) from Yedapadav and Abdul Nazir (36) from Suratkal.
On May 26, on getting reliable information that a prostitution racket was operating in the house “Al Shamas” in Souharda Lane, Shaktinagar by using women from other states, the police raided the house and arrested three persons and produced them before the court.
Under the direction of Police Commissioner Sandeep Patil and the able guidance of DCP Law and Order Hanumantharaya and DCP Crime and Traffic Lakshmi Ganesh, the operation was carried out by Inspector Ramakrishna KK and team.
