4. Asafoetida – A pinch

5. Red Chili Powder / Red Chili Flakes – 1 Tbsp

6. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp

7. Coriander Powder – 2 Tbsp

8. Garam Masala/ Hot Spice Powder – 1 Tbsp

9. Oil

10. Salt
