Suspicious Murder of Engg Student in Raichur, Youth Taken into CID Custody
Raichur: The CID police have taken a youth into custody on April 24, in connection with the gruesome murder of an engineering girl at Raichur on April 13.
The arrested youth has been identified as Sudarshan. The CID police had applied to the third JMFC court for 10 days of police custody of Sudarshan. But the court has ordered Sudarshan only 4 days of police custody.
After getting the ordered from the court the CID police have taken Sudarshan into their custody for further investigation.
The Justice for Madhu Horata Samiti had staged protests throughout the state demanding the arrest of the accused.
