Udupi: Case Filed Against SDPI State Secretary Riyaz Kadambu

Udupi: An FIR has been registered suo motu at the Udupi City Police Station against Riyaz Kadambu, the State Secretary of the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), for making inflammatory statements regarding the recent discovery of a cattle head in the Kunjalu case.

During a press conference held in Udupi on July 5, Kadambu alleged that leaders from the Sangh Parivar and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) provoked unrest and endangered public health by creating disturbances related to this incident. He is accused of making unfounded statements that disrupt public peace and order.

These remarks are said to spread false information and incite conflict and unrest among communities. Kadambu faces charges for making inflammatory comments that could incite hatred between different groups. The Udupi City Police have registered the case, and investigations are currently ongoing, according to officials.
