Webinar on ‘ Effective Communication Skills’ at St Aloysius PU College
Mangaluru: A webinar on ‘ Effective Communication Skills’ was organised by the Department of English on September 10, 2020. The aim of the webinar was to provide the students a platform to foster and shape their personality. The resource person was Dr Emmanuel Daniel, Assistant Professor, Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts and Science, Coimbatore, who stressed on the Barriers of Communication and the Effective Ways to Communicate.
Ms Meural Furtado, Lecturer in English, who was the Moderator of the webinar welcomed the participants. Over 513 participants took part in the webinar. The webinar began with the rendition of a prayer song by the choir. Mrs Reena J Monteiro, HOD, Department of English introduced the resource person.
Mrs Diana Dias, Lecturer in English, proposed the vote of thanks. E- certificates were issued to the participants.
