Woman Files Case against MLA Abhaychandra Jain for Rude behaviour after his Car Hits her
Mangaluru: “At around 4:30 pm, while I was on my way back home after attending a Mehendi function at Kinnipadav Bajpe a car belonging to former minister Abhaychandra Jain hit me from behind. I fell on the ground but the occupants in the car shouted at me”, said the injured woman Zainab who has been admitted to a private hospital in the city on July 22.
Zainab further said, “After getting up myself, I walked to the car and holding the car door handle I asked for justice. I also said that I would file a complaint against them. Immediately Abhaychandra Jain who was in the car got down from the car and pushed aside. He also said, “Go and file a complaint wherever you want”, and left. At that time my neighbour reached the spot and informed my family members. They then admitted me to the hospital.”
Zainab’s brother Abdul Salam said, “When my sister was walking on the mud road at Kinnipadav, MLA Abhaychandra Jain’s car hit and she fell to the ground. Even though she was hurt, she got up and asked for justice, but Jain insulted her. The MLA did not have the courtesy to take the injured to the hospital. Being a responsible people’s representative is it right to react to a woman in such a way? We have filed a complaint in the Bajpe Police Station. At 12 night the police came to the hospital and took my sister’s statement.”
A case has been filed in Bajpe police station and police are investigating.
Fell down and asked for justice !! should have asked for the medical assistance instead !! so many people butchered around the globe in the name of terrorism and effected 10000 families and my lord no justice given till the date !
Mr.Jain, be polite same like your appearance to the public ! after all we common guys only show up during the vote.
