Woman from Goa Loses Valuables in Byndoor during Train Journey

Kundapur: Sharmila Mani (43), a resident of Madgaon in Goa, has filed a complaint at the Byndoor police station regarding a case of theft while in transit in the train.

She has stated that while she was travelling by the Dadar Express train on March 17, a bag belonging to her was snatched by thieves in Bijoor in Kundapur just around midnight.

The bag contained Rs 16,000 in cash, gold and silver ornaments worth Rs 30,000, a passport, bank passbook, ATM card, two mobile phones and other valuable documents, she has further informed.
