Villagers who were intimated about the survey process had gathered in large numbers. They shouted slogans against the district administration for initiating the survey.

Mithun, a villager said that the owners of the proposed crushing unit had misinterpreted the facts saying that there were no houses near the area covering the crushing unit while there are houses and also a temple built in the area. The crushing unit will destroy the lives of villagers and will also damage the environment, he added.
