Professional Coastal Karnataka Artists to Participate in ‘10 Kanarites’ Paintings exhibition in Mumbai
S Cube Art Gallery and ‘Art Kanara’ Artists Group are pleased to announce ‘10 Kanarites’, a unique art exhibition by a select group of artists of Coastal Karnataka at Mumbai from 24 to 29 October 2016.
The venue of the exhibition is Artists’ Centre Art Gallery, K Dubash Marg, Kala Ghoda, Ador House, Mumbai 400 001. The display will be open to public viewing from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on all days of the exhibition.
The objective of this exhibition is to give national exposure to the artists of coastal region (Kanara). Events like these will improve the profile of our artists and enable them to gain national and international recognition.
The participating artists are Harish Kodialbail, Jayavanth Manipal, Jeevan Salian, Rajendra Kedige, Ramakrishna Nayak, Reshma Shetty, Santhosh Andrade, Sharath Palimar, Syed Asif Ali and Vishwas M. Bhat.
The exhibition is being organized by ‘S Cube’ Art Gallery, Mangalore and co-ordinated by Art Kanara Artists’ Group.
Inauguration: ‘10 Kanarites’ art exhibition will be inaugurated at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, 24 October 2016 by Suhas Bahulkar, Chairperson, National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA), Mumbai in the gracious presence of Prathvi Soni, Eminent Artist and Madhusudhan Kumar, Artist, Musician and Film Maker, Mumbai.
