Karkala: Man Brutally Killed near Kuntalpadi
Karkala: A shocking incident occurred late on Monday night when a man residing in an apartment on Kuntalpadi Road here was brutally stabbed to death.
The deceased has been identified as Naveen Poojary, a native of Mangaluru.
According to preliminary sources, Naveen Poojary was said to be involved in financial dealings in Karkala. The exact motive behind the murder and the identification of the accused are still under investigation.
District Superintendent of Police Hariram Shankar, Karkala ASP Harsham Priyam Vaddha, Circle Inspector Manjappa D.R., Town Police Sub-Inspector Muralidhar Naik, Rural Police Sub-Inspector Prasanna M.S., and other senior officials visited the crime scene for investigation.
