Mangaluru: Dr Sheikh Mohammed Salman (40), a resident of Kaprigudda in the city, passed away in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, on Friday, May 29.
He had earlier served as Anaesthetician in Yenepoya hospital here for eight years and taken up employment in Muscat only a year ago.
Family sources said that arrangements are being made to repatriate his body back home once the formalities are completed in Oman.
He is survived by his father, wife and two daughters.
