Mangaluru: Four youth who went for a swim are feared drowned at the Someshwar beach, Ullal here on February 14.

The youth are identified as Mohammed Suhaid (23), Shahid Kaleem (25), Mohammed Haneef (24) and Imran Pasha (24). Sadiq and Sahil who were also with them have safely returned to shore.
A group of six youth came from Hassan to Ullal Dargah on their bikes. They wanted to have a swim in the sea before visiting the Dargah. While they were swimming all the six were dragged by strong waves. Two of the youth managed to reach the shore.
The locals and fire brigade personnel reached the spot and are searching for the youth who are feared to be drowned.
A case has been registered in Ullal police station.
