Another Accused Srikant Arrested in Baliga Murder case

Mangaluru: Another accused in RTI activist Vinayak Baliga murder case has been arrested by the  police here on June 18.

The arrested has been identified as Srikanth (42), a resident of Shanthinagar Kavoor.

On June 18, Urva police inspector Ravish Nayak along with his team arrested Srikanth from Mulki. Vinayak Baliga was killed by contract killers on March 21, at 2nd lane, behind Sterling Chamber, Kodialbail. So far, the CCB police have arrested 6 of the accused including Srinkanth in the Baliga murder case.

To trace and arrest all the persons involved in the Baliga murder case, police have formed special investigative teams. Search is on for the main accused Naresh Shenoy in this case.
