Dr Jennifer Noronha of Father Muller Homoepathic Medical College, Mangaluru Crowned ‘Miss World Super-Model 2019’ in Bangkok-Thailand

Mangaluru: Mirror…Mirror on the Wall! Dr Jennifer Noronha is the prettiest among all! Fringe or no fringe, this gorgeous and stunning lass having Mangalorean roots, but born and brought up in Mumbai, is currently pursuing her internship at Fr Mullers. Dr Jennifer Noronha is the only loving daughter Mrs Sobina Noronha (Byndoor) and Late Lawrence Noronha (Padil, Mangaluru), and currently resides at Padil with her mother. Having represented herself in athletics and sports for Karnataka State, Jennifer says” Her dad was her role model, who has always supported her throughout, and since he is no more (passed away a few months ago), I am living his dreams and fulfilling it”.

For young Jennifer, love is the purest emotion that can’t be expressed in words. Looking the youthful 23 that she is, Jennifer is a damsel with a lot of gusto and a resplendent personality. She is incredibly sharp, intelligent, confident, and poised, and she was unbelievably good while chatting with her over the phone. When asked who inspired and motivated her in modelling activities, she said it was her parents, especially her mother who motivated her to take part in every activity, whether cultural, social or spiritual, and embedded in them the importance of family and human values.

Being judged “Miss World Super Model 2019” was Euphoric! “Winning this title has been a dream of mine for so long that the reality of winning is yet to sink in. I am just trying to appreciate every single moment of this invaluable accomplishment” said Jennifer. Seems like she is more than just a beauty and socialite, She is a go-getter and an achiever- her recent success in the pageant is the proof.

Dr Jennifer Noronha, the winner of ‘Miss World Supermodel 2019’ of the prestigious pageant represented India in Bangkok-Thailand, a glittering pageant held at Ambassador Hotel-Bangkok, which was held from 13th November to 16th November 2019. She was among the top 16 contestants around the world. Apart from being crowned as “Miss World Supermodel 2019”, Jennifer bagged the subtitle of ‘Miss Multimedia 2019’. Prior to this international pageant, She has represented in ‘Miss Karnataka International 2019’which was held at Hotel Moti Mahal, Mangaluru by Fashion abcd and received the title as ‘Miss Beautiful Eyes’. She was also crowned for ‘Miss India Supermodel 2019. ‘

Modelling has always been her passion and she says “Believe in yourself and your dreams will follow u”. She is very thankful to Charan Suvarna of Fashion abcd, sandalwood actress Sonal Monteiro and Shubhakiran Mani of Sizzling Guys Dance Group for giving her this opportunity on this huge international platform. “I am extremely thankful to my parents, relatives, friends and everyone who has supported me and granted best wishes for my success in this beauty pageant… Fashion abcd team has always been supportive and motivated me”, she adds.

Jennifer Noronha has always understood fashion and style to be an expression of the unique and beautiful inner self of each individual person. Her style prior to the “Miss India Supermodel 2019′ and ‘ Miss World Supermodel 2019’ pageant was exactly that. Her simple and modest demeanour translated into the sense of fashion which she appreciates herself. Ever since she won earlier titles prior to the World Title, she has found that her sense of style has become more expressive of who she is. The ‘Miss India Supermodel 2019 Pageant had provided a fascinating glimpse into how Indian standards of femininity have been defined, projected, maintained, and challenged.

A beauty pageant or beauty contest is a competition that mainly focuses on the physical beauty of its contestants, although such contests also incorporate personality, intelligence, talent, and answers to judges’ questions as judged criteria. Beauty pageants remain one of the oldest and well-known symbols of sexism in society today. However, the fact remains that beauty pageants still celebrate and reward a narrow view of feminine beauty. Many women who participate in beauty pageants contribute more to society than many would have expected in the past. By their very nature, beauty pageants support the idea that, for women, any noteworthy success or accomplishment should ideally be presented in a pretty package – conventional feminine attractiveness being the package in question.

This pageantry gave a chance for a young woman like Jennifer to unleash her talents and expose her beauty. But what one realizes beyond that is her warm and straight forward attitude towards life – beautiful, inspiring and infectious. Having a superb physique and flawless skin, a brief conversation with her revealed that she is a strong young lady with engaging thoughts, and her attitude, her confidence, made it clear, that she is extraordinary- and she has a very good chance of winning many more Titles. And surely one day she will make her mother, relatives, well-wishers and friends more proud, and even her Dad, who is looking upon her from Heaven, when she gets ‘Super & Bigger’ Title!

Finally, Dr Jennifer Noronha in her message to all the girls who aspire to be beauty queens, she said, ” Create your ambition, set your goal, no matter how difficult things get, never give up nor try to take short cuts in life. And never forget the routes that made you work hard to reach success. Love yourself for who you are. Recognize and work on your talents, and remain focused in your career choice”.

Team Mangalorean while congratulating Jennifer on her achievement, would like to wish her all success when she walks the ramp to win the many more BIG titles in future National and International Beauty Pageants!
