Taste the Goodness of Tender Mango! Ideal Ice Cream Launches ‘Aambuli Candy’

Mangaluru: Remember the childhood days when you used to eat tender/raw mango garnished with salt and chilli powder- and for that matter, even the adults eat cut pieces of tender mango, mostly sold by street vendors or during festivals. And now the goodness of Tender Mango has taken a shape in the form of a Ice Candy -thanks to the innovative idea of Mukund Kamath- Managing Director of Ideal Ice Cream-Mangaluru- who after launching two new ice cream products recently has come up with this thirst quenching candy-right in time during the scorching days of summer- and trust me it will surely quench the thirst of many and simultaneously reach Ice Cream lovers heart! I had one today, and it was yummy which did cool my tummy!

Yes, “I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for Ideal Ice Cream”- and that’s right. And what other best Ice Cream flavors can you expect in Kudla other than from the stables of Ideal Ice Cream factory. Recently Ideal Ice cream had just launched their new flavor of Sorbet named “Mango Sorbet-More Than Aam”- which had won the “Best in Class for Innovation” at the Great Indian Ice-cream and Frozen Dessert competition concluded at Gurugram (Gurgaon) recently. Mukund Kamath, who is also the creator of “Bella Candy (Jaggery candy), “Swizzilla” ( a combination of Swiss Chocolate and Creamy Vanilla), “Panak Candy”, and other Ice Cream favorites, has now added one more innovative product to his credit- “Aambuli Candy” which was launched today (10 December) during the “Cycle rally” which started at Mangala stadium and culminated at Amrita Vidyalayam in Boloor, Mangaluru.

Also after launching two other products recently, “iShake” on 26 November, and “Marzi Paan” on 2 December, “Aambuli Tender Mango Ice Candy” will be sold at all the Ideal Ice Cream outlets starting today, 10 December. After launching “Aambuli Candy” during the Cycle Rally, Mukund Kamath speaking to Team Mangalorean said, ” “Before any new product of ours is put into market it goes through various stages of tasting, reviews and ideas by our friends and well-wishers- and then only after we are satisfied with the quality of our new product we launch it. And this new product has gone through all the stages, and I am proud that it is ready for sale today. “

He further said, ” In launching all our new products we have always followed on the comments/suggestions and ideas put forth by our friends and customers, to make our products attain good quality and customer satisfaction. I inspect and taste every product of ours before it is marketed, so that I am confident it would bring good reviews and compliments. Apart from the suggestions and ideas from our friends and customers for our accomplishments, our employees and marketing department have played a vital role in the success of our company. All our employees are very passionate, dedicated and committed, and along with their hard work -the result is that we have bagged many prestigious awards recently. My heartfelt thanks to all of them. “Aambuli Tender Mango Ice candy” comprises of Green Tender Mango flavor substance, water, sugar, Liquid Glucose, Citric Acid, Jaljeera Powder (salt, Jeera, Ginger, Pepper, Citric Acid, and Black salt) and other additives. This candy is not hard, nor soft-it’s somewhat in between- “soft-n-hard”! Nearly 3000 “Aambuli Candy’s” were distributed free to all the cyclists that took part in the Rally. The price of the Aambuli Candy is only Rs 10.
