I STAND BY MY WORDS

Daring transparent integral personality
Advocate Social activist just erudite identity
Gravity grace gentleness density quality other name
Flame flare flash glow gleam glimmer no thirst for fame
Responsibility credibility duty chore trust reliability validity
No beating around the bush fair straight solid legal truth liberty
Curry no favor carry probity identity honesty valid for eternity
Justice authority the service of poor not to boss over mendacity
Contempt power being used as a sledgehammer to make sterile impotent inept
School society system Institutions that need to protect the constitution security
Sue for recognition acceptance admission appreciation is below dignity morality
Uprightness upstanding vertical shows decency decorum the office hold to sobriety

Democracy is beauty to behold and not beast monster to massacre murder
Constructive Criticism questioning essential part parcel of democracy air
It is not crime insult scorn shame slander slap slight snub smear out cry
Dissent and difference contentions criticism for the robust democracy
Begging for apology is a sign of restlessness weakness low esteem
Command in life apology is the greatness transparency potency
Arrogance anger revenge expecting obedient respect reverence
Having plank one’s eye going removing speck from others
I stand by my words you may punish expel dislodge me

  1. Yes. Indeed it counts a lot to stand by one’s own words amidst the feeble voice though it’s powerful becouse society as large discourages it.

  2. Very timely written during ongoing Prashanth Bushan hearing and his case is similar to Mahathma Gandhi’s cases with British court judges.
